The sub-urbane shadowlands of Potrane... pronounced with two creepy R's.. was the venue for 2008's chocolate-fountain free countdown. Niall hosted the bash with his iPodtouch controlled set-up ....and soft red lighting. There were "ooh"s and there were "ahh"s...lots of pizza and many late arrivals throwing their usb keys and iPods at the DJ.
Some songs cleared the room while others were stopped altogther only to be revived by the Frakensteinien host. It was the usual mix of folk, jungle, jazz, funk, pop and metal but thats what we've come to love.
